Is the price different for cash and card?

The price is the same regardless of the payment method.

Can men receive treatment too?

Yes. We accommodate all treatments regardless of gender.

Can I have a consultation in English?

Yes. Consultations are available in English, and interpretation support is available, so please feel at ease.

Could you tell me about access and the last reception time?

It’s about a 6-minute walk from Sinsa Station on the subway. The surrounding area gets congested, so we recommend taking the subway. Reception is until 18:00 on weekdays and 15:00 on Saturdays (closed Sundays and holidays).

Can I book if I’m pregnant or may be pregnant?

For reasons of medical safety, we are unable to offer treatments or accept bookings for those who are pregnant or may be pregnant.

Until when can I cancel a reservation?

There is no fee at all for changing or canceling a counseling appointment. Please feel free to contact us.

Can treatments be combined?

Whether this is possible depends on the area and timing of the treatment. If you have had a recent treatment, please be sure to let us know in advance.

Can I have a consultation before traveling?

Yes. We offer prior online counseling using photos and video (WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Zoom and so on). Before you travel, you can confirm a rough surgical plan and an estimate of the cost.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking one to two months before your preferred dates. Long-holiday seasons in particular get busy, so please check availability with our staff before arranging your flights.

Do you offer airport transfers or partner hotel referrals?

Depending on the treatment and cost, we offer an airport pickup service and discounted reservations at partner hotels near the clinic. Please contact us for details.

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash (KRW), credit cards that support overseas payments (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, etc.), WOWPASS, and advance international bank transfer. Card fees are subject to each card company’s rules, so please check with your card company.

What about aftercare once I’ve returned home?

After you return home, we continue to monitor your recovery online and answer any questions about your progress. Depending on the situation, we can also refer you to a partner hospital.
